Ashley has spent her career in the business of people. After graduating from Eastern Kentucky University where she met her husband, Mark, Ashley worked for six years in sales and human resources at Automatic Data Processing. In 2014 she took a break to start her family, then returned to the workforce in 2017 as a real estate transaction coordinator. She quickly learned the ins and outs of the industry and fell in love. Ashley has launched, owned, and operated real estate, property management and mortgage companies over the last several years and in 2021 became a mortgage loan consultant working with Main Street Home Loans in Pinehurst. She truly understands what it takes to power the back office in business, provide structure and a productive work environment for its employees, as well as ensure a positive client experience.
Having called The Pines home since 2010, Ashley knows the area, the people, and the trends of the local market. With her tenure in real estate and the encouragement from her husband and friends, Ashley decided it was time to launch her own firm, Pineland Property Group.
Ashley and Mark have three gorgeous children, Harper Grace, eight, Ellington and Henry, three.
Kristina graduated from the California state Polytechnic University with a degree in Psychology. She worked as a Behavioral therapist for children with autism and other neurological disorders for eight years in California and Colorado. Kristina started her real estate career after she had her son, Samuel to allow her flexibility as a new mother. Kristina loves working with first-time home buyers and military families. She understands the military lifestyle because she has lived it herself for the past 17 years. She has extensive experience with VA loans, military buying and selling from a distance and investment properties. She is a vivacious, “people first” type agent. Kristina will always go the extra mile for her clients. Hearing from them that the transaction went smoothly is her greatest compliment, almost as good as receiving a referral from prior clients!
Kristina has been married to Rusty for 14 years. He is currently a Special Forces Soldier. They have two children, Samuel, eight and Julia, three. They are their greatest accomplishments! In the couple’s free time they enjoy staying at the beach, paddle boarding, kayaking, hiking, and CrossFit. They also love finding homes to invest in!
Kristina is an owner and Broker-in-Charge at Pineland Property Group. Being a military spouse, you are thrown together with a whole conglomerate of people, some you click with and some you REALLY click with. Kristina was lucky enough to meet Ashley through mutual friends and their military husbands who worked together. They just naturally clicked. Ashley approached Kristina and proposed an idea that was crazy. “Let’s open a real estate firm, I’ll handle operations and you will be the Broker in charge.” Kristina was happy in her career with a firm she loved and didn’t intend to leave. But knowing Ashley for all these years, she knew, whatever Ashley touches turns to gold. Kristina has the upmost respect for her and with their work ethic along with Jessica’s tenure and experience, they cannot lose. They are bringing Moore County a Veteran, Native American and Woman owned business. Together they are a hard-working trifecta, and they love what they do! Come and see for yourself what sets them apart!
Jessica knew from an early age that she wanted to be a real estate broker. After graduating from UNCW, she immediately started working on obtaining her real estate license. She ended up falling in love with Wilmington, and it became her home away from home for almost a decade. In the earlier years of Jessica’s career, her focus was on new construction. She worked directly for the builder/developer on representing new home communities. Later, she moved to Raleigh where she worked for a very well-known firm focusing predominantly on the listing side of the business. Pretty soon though, she started to miss home. Life has a funny way of bringing you back to your roots… And that’s just what happened when she returned home to Moore County in 2015. Jessica has had the pleasure of watching this wonderful place grow and change, it’s come a long way from when she was a kid! There is no other place she would want to raise her son.
After almost 17 years in real estate, the opportunity to partner with two amazing business-oriented women presented itself and they decided to create Pineland Property Group. Experience takes time to acquire. The team at PPG has the tenure to excel in any market and advise their clients through a smooth transaction. Jessica’s experience combined with her long running knowledge of the area makes her the ideal broker for identifying and navigating her client’s needs, whether that’s finding their dream home, second home, or next investment property. Jessica looks forward to continuing to serve her clients and for Pineland Property Group to be a leader and giving back to the community and contributing to this beautiful place we get to call home.
